    After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation containing your order details and estimated delivery timeline.

  2. Processing

    Our team prepares your art supplies for shipment (typically within 1-2 business days).

  3. Shipping Notification

    When your order ships, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and carrier information.

  4. In Transit

    Use your tracking number to monitor your package's journey to you.

  5. Delivery

    You'll receive a final notification when your package arrives.

Tracking Your Package

You can track your order using these methods:

1. Through Your KalamCraft Account

Log in to your account and visit the "My Orders" section to view your order status and tracking information.

2. Using the Carrier's Website

Click the tracking link in your shipping notification email to be directed to the carrier's tracking page.

3. Universal Package Tracking

For international shipments or multi-carrier tracking, we recommend using 17Track, a reliable third-party tracking service that supports most global carriers.

Simply enter your tracking number on their website to get real-time updates on your package's location and estimated delivery date.

Tracking FAQs

When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are typically provided within 1-3 business days after your order is placed, once the package has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Why isn't my tracking information updating?

Some carriers may take 24-48 hours to update their systems. If tracking doesn't update after 3 business days, please contact our support team.

What should I do if my package shows as delivered but I haven't received it?

First check with neighbors or your building's reception. If still missing, contact us immediately with your order number and we'll assist you.
