Refund policy

Refund Eligibility

At KalamCraft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of markers, pencils, paints, pens, sets, and accessories. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Certain products may have specific return requirements due to their nature (e.g., opened paint containers). Please check product descriptions for special conditions.

Timeframe for Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a refund. After this period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your KalamCraft account
  2. Navigate to "Order History"
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Follow the return instructions provided

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Opened paint containers
  • Used markers or pens
  • Clearance items marked as "final sale"

International Returns

Customers returning items from outside the country of purchase are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
