We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Art supplies must be unopened for hygiene reasons. Please initiate returns through your account dashboard.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The time to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (typically 3-10 business days).

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We'll arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
